Creamy Garlic Parmesan Mozzarella Chicken
Ingredients
4–6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2–3 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Season the chicken
Pat the chicken breasts dry.
Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Cook the chicken
Heat 1–2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
